FYI: Update 9/16/20
Mint reached out as they stated but its just a PR move they dont respond and dont care. Stay away.
Nothing but problems. My data is gone within the first few days of the month. I haven't changed my usage at all. Good luck getting a signal anywhere outside of the city center, at least in phoenix. I have 0 signal in all of the major suburbs. Data speeds when working are super slow, like 2G slow. Never had this issue with Verizon or ATT. They never respond to my concerns.
Customer service sounds overseas can't understand them very well, they had to resend sim card after first one never got here. And it t a key forever to port your old number thru. Thankfully I have my latest wife's phone running on different service.

I have enjoyed Mint so far. It has given me just fine reception and I have no real concerns. What amazes me is how cheap it is (15$ a month) and the quality that is delivered. 10/10 easy.
I just switched back to mint after having used T-Mobile for the past year. Mint has the best customer service I've ever experienced.
Besides the price point, there is no noticeable difference between this and any other provider that I have used. Great job ????
I got a phone and service for my daughter because she is going to be away for a few months. She loves her phone, setting up was a breeze, and I absolutely love the fact that I can keep in touch with her all the time. Thank you Mint!!
This company is the literally anti-hero of all cellular networks. All you need is an unlocked phone aka not restricted to any particular brand (like Deadpool) & pay an extremely affordable yearly fee with no worries about your service whatsoever. Realistically my unlimited data plan on a daily basis has been 20% 4G LTE 25% 4G LTE+ & 55% 5G majority of the time. I LOVE IT , I recommend everyone get the unlimited plan especially if you have a 5g phone like my note 20 ultra. It is literally 1 dollar a day ! And the app is really creative and seamless to contact support & all other personal analytics. This is why I give the company 5 stars & beyond. Activation is quick & simple and every just WORKS GREAT. "good deadpool" ;)
Liking it so far. Saving a lot of money by switching. Customer service was awesome with helping me switch over.
The service is great, customer service is amazing as well! With newer phones youe GB will go away faster so I'll for sure be getting the yearly unlimited next time????. It's Foxing Amazing!!????
Only complaint is I have to turn off the wifi when I want to get internet. Should automatically change when out of range of a wifi signal. I might be in range of free wifi so there might be a reason it won't automatically change so it could be my problem too.
It is a good service provider but the data pack depletes very quickly, when the pack is used the basic internet has some issues down in the center of NY. Good luck to everyone in the company and to all the clients, thanks for everything.
